Termination of membership

 

Autolink reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. In such case, you may not make any claim or objection and Autolink does not have any obligations, such as to explain the reason for refusal.

 

ID and Password

 

Autolink shall give registered Users an ID and Password.

 

*User takes the whole responsibility of their own ID and Password.

 

*It is not permitted to share user’s ID and password with a third party or give your ID and password to a third party.

 

*Autolink will never disclose user’s password to a third party. Autolink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure and/or carelessness including appropriation, fraudulent use of your password.

 

 

Registered Users are deemed to consent to the receipt of email, updated stock lists and electronic newsletter from Autolink.

 

3 General Rules

2.You must not damage, interfere with or harm the website or services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so.

 

3.You must not violate Autolink, our partner companies, manufacturers, shops and third party’s copyright, trademark right, design, and all other intellectual property rights.

5.You are responsible for any actions taken through your membership. Autolink memberships are not transferable and therefore cannot be sold, leased, lent or traded.

 

Obligations as a buyer

 

1.You must be located outside of Japan to use/purchase items through Autolink.

 

2.If you are notified that your offer or bid for a vehicle has been successful, you must complete the transaction in the manner and time frame specified.

 

3.You must make full and prompt payment for items you buy.

 

4.If your offer is successful and you do not pay for the item, you will receive a warning from Autolink. After 3 warnings, Autolink may suspend or terminate your membership.

 

4 Indemnity

 

When user disadvantage or cause any damage to Autolink, other users, or the third party by an act against this agreement or any illegal act, Autolink will claim the damage from the user.

 

5. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

 

Autolink Inc. endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all content of the Site. However this connot be guaranteed and Autolink Inc’s liabilities are excluded and/or limited as set out below. The content of the site is provided for information purposes only and you should not rely upon it in making or refraining from making any decision or in taking or refraining from taking any action.
